Resum
In this paper, we analyze the possibilities of autobiographical narrative to improve teaching activities in creativity and analysis of audiovisual communication, providing a summary of the main inference of this qualitative work system. In particular, the experience based on the analysis of 10 practical exercises, developed in the subject Fundamentals of Audiovisual Communication in the first year of the three specialties of Degree in Communication at the School of Communication and Marketing of Granada, attached to the University of Wales. These cases have been assessed from the perspective of interdisciplinary Media Education and Arts Education, with a focus on the creative side. The biographical dimension, the assessment of the context and the external factors from the quantitative aspects, and the importance of encouraging creativity to promote critical understanding and professional training, are some of the main findings of this research, focused on teaching film and audiovisual communication.
