Resumen
Introduction: Young university students constitute a population group with a set of attitudes towards certain foodstuffs, which can sometimes be healthy and sometimes harmful, which represent risk factors that have an impact on their health and quality of life. Objective: To know the food risk in university students. Methodology: The information was obtained from the databases: Pubmed, Cuiden and Scielo of articles published for less than eleven years. Results: There are numerous studies that relate diet and risk, these risks are present at the time of purchase, but there are other very decisive factors such as nutritional labeling and also tastes for certain products. Conclusions: The adolescents are at risk of food, not counting the majority with a balanced and healthy diet due, generally, to the factors that involve this society.
