Abstract
The following contributions show our opinion about the work of the External Teams of Support to schools. Our aim is to offer a framework which collects the theoretical and methodological principles where programmes will be based on. This proposal, which considers the educational guidance as the sense of the development resulted from the classrooms life that justifief the work of the teams, is based on the prevention and development and it considers guides as stock-brokers. This article also underlines three central questions that programmes of intervention really must collect: family environments, collaborative work between teams and teachers and the role of the media and computing
