This text has about the idea that the University not only work skills, but also in other skills such as comprehension and critical development. The aim is to analyze the contents related to citizenship and critical and discursive thought, regardless of grades and studies undertaken. This will work from the (national or international) regulatory levels and on democratic values and identity own. These vision to see the transverse axes that are not properly teaching, but inferring knowledge, also in the way of seeing reality, and have no bias or prejudice. It is an analysis of how you can insert the transverse axes proposed generally in the undergraduate or master regardless of discipline. In the same way that has been done with the genre.
