Los «influencers» y su papel en la educaciónuna revisión sistemática

Résumé
La tecnologia canvia l’ensenyament i l’aprenentatge de la societat en general. Alhora, les xarxes socials i els influencers estan incrementant la seva presència a la societat i fins i tot arriben a incidir en les relacions socials, la comunicació i l’aprenentatge. Per tant, l’objectiu que es va plantejar va ser analitzar la literatura científica existent sobre influencers i educació. Per donar-hi resposta, s’ha dut a terme una revisió sistemàtica seguint el protocol PRISMA. Es van analitzar 29 articles seleccionats mitjançant criteris establerts prèviament. Els resultats van revelar que les persones reconegudes com a influencers en l’aprenentatge són usuàries amb un nombre substancial de seguidors que exerceixen rols que inclouen l’ensenyança, la transmissió d’informació, el consell i el suport. Els continguts que en destaquen són salut i educació, mentre que la xarxa social que hi predomina és Twitter (X). Finalment, es va dur a terme una discussió sobre aspectes coincidents entre diversos estudis i es va arribar a la conclusió que es produeix aprenentatge a través de les xarxes socials, encara que manifestament vinculat a l’àmbit informal.
