General indicators of the quality of scientific production: 3 six-year research periods (the latest granted in 2020, span 2014-2019); 1 six-year transfer period granted in 2019 (span 2004-2012); 41 supervised doctoral theses, 14 in the last 10 years (2014-2023), all with the highest rating, one European mention, four international mentions, an Enrique Fernández Peña Award, and an outstanding doctoral award from the UGR. A total of 138 articles published, including 63 articles in the Web of Science (WOS), 16 in the first quartile (8 of them in the first decile), with a Sum of Times Cited of 3,152, an h-index of 27, and 2,519 citing articles. In Scopus, there are 77 articles, 3,353 citations, and an h-index of 30. According to Google Scholar, a total of 8,954 citations, an h-index of 39, and an i10 index of 72. In the last 3 years, I have published in journals such as Applied Research in Quality of Life, International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, Business Strategy and the Environment, Review of Managerial Science, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Family Business Management, and Business Ethics: A European Review. Additionally, there are 106 books or book chapters, 333 contributions to national and international conferences, and participation in 17 R&D projects funded through public calls, with 6 of them as the principal investigator and a member of the Advisory Board of another European project. All of these achievements have been recognized with numerous awards, including the best paper in family business at EURAM 2014, the best presentation at the XVI ASEPUC Meeting in 2014, the "Roleski Best CSR Research Paper/Case Award" at the IFERA 2014 Annual Conference, the best presentation in the Family Business thematic area at the XXIV National ACEDE Congress in 2014, and the UDEM Adalberto Viesca Sada Awards for Research in Latin American Family Business in 2015 and 2017. Management: All of this has been combined with extensive experience in university management. I served as Secretary of the Department of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Málaga from 1993 to 1990, Director of the Department of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Granada from 1991 to 1996, Vice-Rector for Economic Affairs at the University of Granada from 1996 to 2000, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Granada from 2001 to 2006, President of the Conference of Deans of Economics and Business from 2003 to 2006, and Manager of the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA) from 2020 to 2021. Transfer: Currently, I am the Director of the PYME Chamber of Commerce - University of Granada Chair since January 2023. I served as the Director of the Santander Chair of Family Business at the University of Granada from 2013 to 2020. I have been the lead researcher of the research group "SEJ-273. ACCOUNTING INFORMATION FOR MANAGEMENT," sponsored by the Andalusian Regional Government, from 1989 to 2020. I have also participated in 56 contracts for R&D with companies and/or administrations (national and/or international), with 50 of them as the lead researcher. Notable among them is my role as the Coordinator of the ANECA Project for the development of the White Book of Bachelor's Degrees in Economics and Business, 2003-05; Director of the Foundation for Business School of Andalusia (FESNA), 2005-2009; and as the lead researcher since 2007 for various contracts related to the execution of the GEM Project in Spain at the regional level, in Melilla (editions 2007 and 2008) and in Ceuta (editions 2007 to the present). Lastly, it's worth mentioning my extensive professional experience and role as a founding member of 8 commercial companies, 2 foundations, and 2 associations.
