Resumo

It´s been shown the structure of an educational innovation project to professional training students from the “Social Integration” and “Sociocultural Animation” course. The objective is to encourage the social skills development, the personal and professional growing and development; to work the identification and management of emotions by a participatory and interactive methodology. The project activities lie in some practical-experiential workshops where they are focused from humanist psychology, to work social-affective abilities, bioenergy and personal development to create a closed climate between students and teachers with the awareness of the importance to know manage the emotions.
