Ph. Professor at the University of Granada, specializing in the attention to diversity in the Inclusive School. Author of books in specialized, international and prestigious publishing houses, such as Arial, Aljibe, EOS, Octaedro, Pirámide, mainly; as well as articles in various equally prestigious and international magazines (European and American). Speaker and guest professor at foreign universities in Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, USA, France, Italy, Morocco, Panama, Peru and Portugal, as well as in Spain. Among his lines of research, the attention to students with disabilities within the framework of an Inclusive Education and a School for All, mainly in the acquisition of basic instrumental and academic skills, stands out. He is a member of different journals in the field of education, both on a national level (such as Teaching & Teaching and the University of Granada Journal), and in other Latin American contexts (such as Propósitos y Representaciones, from Peru, and Varela, from Cuba), and he is the secretary of the journal RETOS XXI. And reviewer of other national and foreign ones. He works as a reviewer of texts of the Editorial EOS of psychology and education. He has participated in and directed national (Spanish) and European projects, as well as foreign ones (Portuguese, Cuban, Panamanian and American). He has supervised and directed more than thirty theses, master and degree projects.
