Doctor by the Universidad de Granada with the thesis La acción tutorial como elemento de mejora de la calidad de la enseñanza en la educación secundaria obligatoria (E.S.O.) el Colegio Virgen de Gracia como estudio de caso 2004. Supervised by Dr. Manuel Lorenzo Delgado, Dr. Tomás Sola Martínez.

I have followed an academic career from undergraduate to postgraduate, with a well-defined line within the area of Didactics and School Organization that justifies the cv itself, ranging from the diploma in teaching in the specialty of primary education, the degree in pedagogy, the outstanding in research proficiency, to the outstanding cum laude unanimously in the doctorate (Department of Didactics and School Organization of the University of Granada), opting for the extraordinary award of doctorate. I have completed several postgraduate courses related to the area of knowledge, as well as a fairly extensive didactic training with training courses at INTEF and at the University of Granada itself through the Quality and Prospective Unit. With regard to teaching activity, the diversity and high level of responsibility (core and compulsory subjects) in both diploma and degree courses at the Faculty of Education Sciences in Granada, as well as in postgraduate courses in official Masters at the International Postgraduate School of the University of Granada and at the International University of Andalusia. The external evaluation of university teaching has been very positive, being above the average of the teaching staff of the University of Granada and carried out by the Andalusian Centre for Prospective Studies (Centro Andaluz de Prospectiva). In the three Teaching Evaluation reports issued by the University of Granada, I have obtained the rating: excellent. I have shared my work at the university with non-university teaching for 18 years full time at the Colegio Virgen de Gracia in the speciality of Educational Guidance. I currently teach as a University Lecturer at the University of Granada. I have been awarded 4 regional complements, 2 five-year teaching periods and 1 six-year research period by the CENAI. I have, therefore, extensive professional experience as a teacher in different contexts and levels. In this sense, I have participated in the publication of several university textbooks for students and in teaching innovation projects. Likewise, I have carried out teaching and research stays in European (Erasmus+) and Latin American universities with competitive grants from public institutions such as the University of Granada. No less important has been the effort made in the field of research with the publication of numerous articles, books, book chapters (27) and numerous papers and communications published in different proceedings of international/national congresses (44), conferences, symposiums and seminars. I have also participated as a researcher in different research projects and have directed, to date, 92 Master's Thesis (TFM); I have been a member of TFM evaluation tribunals, practicum supervision and article reviewer. I am responsible for the EducaTech Research Group (SEJ-666) from its foundation to the present and CEO of the spin-off ESCENTIA investigación y formación s.l. I also belong to several scientific societies (SEP, EERA and WERA). Finally, I would like to highlight a whole life dedicated to following a university academic, teaching and research, professional and management career that can be seen in the extensive Curriculum Vitae.
